An approach built on cash flow, not labels
TGLR is an actively managed portfolio of high-quality, large-capitalization U.S. companies trading at attractive valuations. Sub-adviser Laffer Tengler Investments ("LTI"), led by Portfolio Manager Nancy Tengler, screens for businesses with durable and expanding free cash flow, improving operating performance and disciplined capital allocation, using a Relative Dividend Yield ("RDY") and Relative Price-to-Sales ("RPSR") framework to identify companies whose earnings power the market has not yet fully reflected. The RDY and RPSR indicators, both pioneered by the LTI team, are used to identify discrete periods of over-and-under-valuation, security by security, and are supported by LTI's rigorous and proprietary 12 Fundamental Factor research approach. Further information on this and about TGLR, can be found in the Fund's prospectus.
A new home, the same strategy
In April 2026, the Fund reorganized from the LAFFER | TENGLER Equity Income ETF, a series of ETF Opportunities Trust (the "Predecessor Fund"), into the Wedbush Series Trust, as the Wedbush LAFFER | TENGLER New Era Value ETF. The Fund is a continuation of the Predecessor Fund and has adopted its performance history. Wedbush Fund Advisers, LLC serves as adviser; Laffer Tengler Investments, Inc. continues as sub-adviser, preserving continuity of the investment process.
Three years is a meaningful marker for an active strategy: long enough to observe the process across more than one market cycle, short enough that the work is only beginning. TGLR enters year four with the same mandate it started with: income and long-term capital appreciation, one cash-flow-generating business at a time.
